
New students will not be able to use Office 365 apps until 24 hours after registering for classes. Students do not get OneDrive, Teams, or Outlook as part of Office 365 ProPlus package. You can only sign into the Word, Excel, and Powerpoint desktop apps. If you use a Windows computer, disable OneDrive at the Task Manager > Startup tab and remove Microsoft Office credentials from Credential Manager > Windows Credentials. Before you install Ivy Tech's Office 365, you should remove any non-Ivy Tech Office versions. To install Micrsoft Office go to and login with your Ivy Tech credentials. Once your Ivy Tech account is no longer valid, you will lose access to Office 365 ProPlus. To see if you are eligible to get a "Loaner Laptop" email faculty and staff will be able to use Microsoft Office software while they are enrolled or employed at Ivy Tech. If there is a popup, select the Yes button. Students can log in to Office 365, see their ProPlus license, and download the latest version of Office (currently 2013 for Windows and 2011 for Mac) for free.
Click on Run at the bottom of the browser or press the Alt+N keys. Office 365 ProPlus for Students is a FREE add-on for Office 365 that the university has access to as part of the Student Advantage program. Click on Install Office > Office 365 apps near the right-hand corner of the screen. NOTE: Your page may not have the online applications listed as in this image.
